The members of this specialty team, bring with them at least a decade of field experience with them.

They then receive additional training to help them be a part  of our Headquarters Team, which is responsible for managing all our incidents.

Managing SAR incidents involves coordinating manpower, resources and specialty skills, to develop a strategy to deal with the search or rescue in the most effective manner, while maintaining the safety of all the responders, and always having a plan B ready to go.
